The devil stole years of my life with depression, addiction, anxiety attacks, low self-worth, identity confusion, despair, nightmares, daymares, loneliness, and more. Do you think I would actually give him a single ounce of my time or attention? Please. He gets nothing from me— ESPECIALLY today.
Evil doesn’t look like ghouls, witches, and goblins… it looks like subtly destroying our self-esteem, our relationships, and our lives. It looks like panic attacks, suicidal thoughts, PTSD, mental health struggles, and chains of fear. I may only be one soul, but the devil isn’t getting to me today or any other day. Bye!
Tarot also certainly has nothing to do with this holiday. Tarot is a beautiful conversation of personal growth, healing, and love. Mixing it up with evil and demons is counter productive. Please don’t let the cultural depictions of black cats and crystal balls deter you from experiencing a positive and helpful tool in the Spiritual ascension journey! I also recommend avoiding “psychic mediums,” and ouija boards! Some of these people are destroying the doorway between realms with their perverse disregard of spiritual balance, and clumsy “dabbling.” (Fyi, my special runs until 11/27.)
I apologize to my friends and family for opting out of this year’s festivities again. I’ll miss the togetherness, fun, and great food for sure! But my personal vendetta against the dark forces in this world is important to me. In fact, I took the whole day off to spend it with Jesus! We’ll be listening to positive music, praying, getting into some tarot, and shopping for Christmas decorations!
To represent my “hermit mode” energy today and this weekend, I thought we could explore the Hermit card as a fun activity! If you’re interested in learning more, here is a great explanation: https://biddytarot.com/tarot-card-meanings/major-arcana/hermit/
I hope everyone has a fun and safe day! <3
With love, Michelle

Extra: I love this song because it depicts a funeral… the funeral for the old self as the healing journey unfolds. Everyone is “dressed up,” but really, they’re just embracing their uniqueness and authenticity! We were made to all be different. Here is a review I found on Reddit, along with a quote from the singer explaining the song meaning…

Death and rebirth… freedom.
